Amenities
Heartsworth Cottage
features many amenities to make your vacation stay pleasant.
On the deck there
is a hammock for lazing away peaceful times, and for those who enjoy cooking,
there is an herb garden as well as pots of herbs.
In addition, you
will enjoy a private yard with off street parking, private dock, tri-level
deck with picnic table that seats 12, outdoor gas grill, color TV, VCR,
CD player and cassette tape player, free standing vermont castings fireplace
with gas logs, claw foot bathtub, central air and heat, ceiling fans, microwave,
washer and dryer.
Our Rates
Heartsworth Cottage
is available weekly or monthly. Rates are $1,300 per week. Please ask about
special rates if you wish to stay all summer (three months).
We also offer Off-Season Rates, which are $1,000.00 per week. Please call for details.

at 3:00 p.m.

at 10:00 a.m.

No Smoking is allowed
in the cottage. There is a tri-level deck where you may enjoy smoking outdoors.

Sorry, no pets.
 Reservations
To make a reservation,
please contact us to request your
desired dates. We will book you for those dates.
A depost of
one third your fees is required to confirm your reservation.
We accept personal
check or money order.
Please note, the
balance
is due upon arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations
made six months prior to your expected arrival date will receive a full
refund less a $35.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made
three or more months prior to your expected arrival date will receive a
refund of 50% of your deposit.
Cancellations made
less than three months prior to your expected arrival date will not receive
a refund.
What to Bring
Linens for
the beds (sheets and pillow cases). Our beds are queen size. We have
blankets and pillows on-site.
Towels and cloths
for your use in the bathroom. Towels for trips to the beach.
Your favorite video
tapes or plan to rent them at the local video store.
Departure
Please empty the
refrigerator and remove all food items that you purchased. Ample containers
for discarding unwanted items are available in the kitchen.
Do a "walk-through"
of the cottage to ensure that you do not leave any belongings in drawers,
closets or on the deck.
Remember to strip
the bed and take your sheets and towels when you leave.
Don't forget to
check the deck area for any bathing suits or towels you may have left to
dry.
